Fill a template (supplier, SKU, quantity, price, optional dates, and a true/false Outsource column); the tool validates every row up front, resolving supplier/location names and SKUs to Katana IDs with clear per-row errors. Nothing is created until the file is clean — problem files come back as a downloadable error report. Outsourced POs auto-derive their recipe rows from the product BOM.
  • 🚀 Customer History: A customer’s full sales-order history right on the customer page — order count, lifetime value, and last order, plus a filterable list you can export to CSV. Open the side panel and click Load history (or enable auto-load).
  • 🚀 Supplier History: The same for suppliers — a supplier’s full purchase-order history with totals and lead-time stats, on the supplier page. Loads from the side panel.
