🔍 Customer Reference Search

Search across all your sales orders by customer reference number from the Sales Orders list. No more scrolling or manual filtering. Now available natively in Katana under Settings → Labs — this tool is no longer updated.

See last/average purchase price, full price history, and current stock for every SKU on a Purchase Order — without leaving Katana. Includes a one-click action to update PO row prices to the last used price.

📦 Bin Transfer Import

Move stock between bins in bulk from a spreadsheet. Export the current bin assignments for a location, edit target bins offline, and import to create the bin transfers — missing bins are created automatically. Defaults to the location selected on your stock screen; batch- and serial-number aware.

📦 Bin Location Import

Bulk-create bin locations at a location from a one-column spreadsheet — pre-load an account’s bins up front without a transfer. Existing bins are skipped.

📥 PO Import

Bulk-create purchase orders — including outsourced POs — from a simple CSV. Validates every row up front (resolving supplier/location names and SKUs to Katana IDs), creates nothing until the file is clean, and returns a downloadable error report for any problems.

📜 Customer History

A customer’s full sales-order history on the customer page: summary stats (order count, lifetime value, last order) plus a filterable list you can export to CSV. Loads from the side panel.

🚚 Supplier History

A supplier’s full purchase-order history on the supplier page: totals, lead-time stats, and a filterable list. Loads from the side panel.

🏷️ Company Display Name Sync

Restores the company name as the customer display name on B2B sales orders after the Shopify integration overwrites it.
